The 2,800 sqft luxury modern home with resort pool, spa at club House consists of a large formal family room (depicted in the photo are the two mid-century couches, swivel chairs, bench and fireplace), which connects to a large kitchen with massive center island and dining room all connected through an open floor concept. Furthermore, the home boasts a bright, welcoming and well0scented entry to a luxury boutique-hotel-type stay away from home. A long hallway connects a home office/ bedroom (w/ green midcentury-modern futon sofa bed) in the front of the home with the family room, kitchen and dining area on the back side of the home. The kitchen features a beautiful subway tile backsplash, large center island with sink, dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig pods provided), pots & pans, juicer/blender, Bose bluetooth speaker for music, and a large pantry equipped with cereal, pancake mix, popcorn, chips, an assortment of teas and much much more. A centrally located open staircase with a modern painting as the focal point leads upstairs to the open lounge (featuring a built-in-type media cabinet with TV, Apple TV, Cable, work desk and a large sofa bed) as well as the other bedrooms. The home offers three work desks perfect for work-from-home or home schooling. The entire home is connect with high-speed (Spectrum Gig) and upgraded Cable TV (including HBO Max, HGTV, ESPN, etc.). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and oversized master closet overlooking the backyard with a covered BBQ-chefs dream outdoor kitchen with sink and dining area. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and full bathroom. The front yard includes a front-porch with modern outdoor furniture seating 2 ppl and coffee table.
