The luxury modern home with resort pool consists of a large formal living room (depicted in the photo are the blue mid-century couches), a large dining room with a modern/classic built-in bookshelf, which is connected to the kitchen and the family room. Furthermore, the home boasts a huge and welcoming entryway with a large staircase and a modern painting as the focal point. The home offers a home office (4th bedroom) and full bath downstairs and three more bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double vanity overlooking the resort-like backyard with pool, mountain-view and 26 palm trees. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and bathtub. The front yard includes a large front-porch with modern outdoor furniture seating 3 ppl and coffee table. The backyard provides a private Mountain View with pool, two lounge chairs with sun umbrella & coffee table, outdoor dining, RV parking, BBQ with additional island to prepare food and plenty of space to relax.
